Our annual Spring walk will take place on Sunday 23rd April 2017 at 10am. We are very pleased that Daniel Greenwood has agreed to lead the walk again this year. His knowledge of all things wild is infectious (how could he not be a wildlife expert with a surname like that?!).
The walk will include Dog Kennel Hill Open Space as well as Green Dale fields where recently a peregrine falcon was seen hunting overhead!
If it is raining hard then the walk will be cancelled, but otherwise there’s no need to book just turn up. Meet at the picnic benches by the wood at 9:50am. The paths can be quite muddy so it’s a good idea to wear boots.
