This year’s bat walk will take place at 6:30 pm on Monday 29th September, 2014. Please meet in DKH Open Space next to the picnic tables. Wear clothing suitable for a walk in the countryside. If it is raining heavily then the event will not take place (bats don’t like getting wet!)
Excitingly, for the first time we have been granted permission to include the Green Dale fields in our bat walk. We have teamed up with Friends of Green Dale and are excited to see what we find there. Thanks to Matt Rimmer at Hadley for agreeing.

This year we are a bit late and bats will soon be hibernating so it may be your last chance to see these amazing creatures for a while.
