Tom and Amy from the London Wildlife Trust arrived in the park this morning to create a new, bigger, improved and hopefully alive willow dome! This dome will have 2 doors so that children can get in and out easily and be seen. The willow is different from the stuff used last time, which didn’t sprout and eventually died. This willow has optimistic-looking buds all over it so let’s hope it springs into life in the next few weeks. The old dome has been left where it was as it is still an interesting play structure and it has been re-tied to make it last a bit longer.
