Peckham Pickler Tickles our Taste Buds

Local forager, Penelope Greenhough gave an inspiring talk and tasting session at our meeting last night. She came armed with an array of jams, jellies, fruit cheese and tea – all made from locally foraged ingredients. One of the most unusual but delicious things was the mahonia jelly. It was all very inspiring and we look forward to a time when the new orchard produces enough fruit for some community jam making.
