This morning we held our Spring work day in Dog Kennel Hill Wood and Open Space. A group of volunteers met to weed the triangle at the top of the stairs, sow wildflower seeds, cut the flower heads off the alexanders, litter pick and prune back some growth so people could sit on the wooden bench. We are fighting a losing battle against the alexanders we fear but we’re still trying to make sure they don’t take over!
Thanks to everyone who came and volunteered their time.
