Summer work day #2

We had our second Summer work day today. We moved all the meadow hay that was scythed 2 weeks ago (which should have given it time to drop its seeds onto the ground so it returns next year), litter picked and continued trimming the hedge… which is a task that may never end!

We had a Spring work day today in the Dog Kennel Hill Open Space. Tasks included weeding the glade, pruning hedges, path strimming, litter picking and tidying up the log edging in the wood.
